Full time 40 hours per week (part time hours negotiated)
Our community mental health work is expanding and we requireadditionalstaff to build on the great work our teams already undertake. By joining the team at this exciting time you will have the opportunity to help shape our new service model and be a part of Creating Our Futures.
Ideally you will have experience in coordinating care and providing therapeutic interventions, seeking solutions and supporting recovery working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties to achieve wellbeing.
