Do you want to work within an integrated model of care, be involved in an exciting new initiative and at the same time advance your professional development?
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment within a culturally diverse staff group and client group within the Counties Manukau Health area. This is a dual role where you will provide consult liaison services to primary care and aged related facilities, whilst also carrying out traditional caseload based mental health care of older adults.
As a Registered Nurse you will develop and implement safe, sound and supportive services that embrace the provision of integrated care both within the DHB and those providing care within the locality. This role will work alongside staff from child and youth, adult, AOD and NGO specialities, alongside having strong links with the MHSOP team.
We are looking for Registered Nurses with a depth of relevant experience and strong nursing skills to provide consult liaison and education to non-mental health staff, and assessment and treatment of older adults. Experience and knowledge of child and youth, and/or adult mental health settings would be advantageous.
If you have a genuine interest in continued excellence in patient care, then we want to hear from you!
