We are seeking applications for a permanent part-time staff nurse for the Regional Cancer Treatment Service to work in our Oncology Ward (Ward 23). This is a rostered 0.8 FTE position.
We invite you to join our Cancer Nursing team.

Cancer nursing in this setting is focused on patient focussed nursing care and support, enhancing the coordination, continuity and collaboration of the multi-disciplinary team within the Regional Cancer Treatment Service inpatient setting.

This position is varied and involves ongoing professional development opportunities. It is expected that you would have Level 3 PDRP or be willing to work towards this within a negotiated time frame.

Nurses with advanced patient assessment skills, excellent communication skills and computer knowledge, and who enjoy working in a supportive team environment are invited to apply.

Consideration will also be given to applicants interested in working less than 0.8 FTE. Please indicate in your cover letter the FTE you are interested in.
