Registered NurseAged Care Rest Home & Hospital with dementiaSalary in the region of $30-34 per hour for an experienced Nurse.Our clients, rest home and hospital facility, based in Mangere is looking for a new Registered Nurse to join a friendly, enthusiastic team of RNs and Carers, all dedicated to providing excellent standards of care to their residents who call the facility home.Anyone who works in aged care will know that it isn't just a job, its a passion, so we are looking for a Nurse who feels that same.In this Registered Nurse role, the successful person will be responsible for ensuring residents receive appropriate and high-quality clinical care in accordance with the Mission and Values and Policies and procedures of our client. The Registered Nurses fulfil a broad range of responsibilities, including assisting with the development and implementation of clinical plans for residents, as well as utilising clinical systems and practices to meet accreditation standards within the RN scope of practice.With management and guidance from the Clinical Manager, RNs provide a critical interface between care provision and management, particularly around medications, wound management and planning.
