You'll become an instrumental part of the community, walking alongside the many young families in the area as they find their feet.Using effective relationship building and active listening, you'll be able to put each whanau in touch with the services, advice, or simply provide the reassurance they need.Utilising your assessment and clinical skills, you'll identify and address concerns and make timely referral(s) to other health professionals or social services where required.He Korero Mou | About YouWhile you don't need to have neonatal, pediatric or community experience, working in a semi-rural, diverse community will require you to be a confident practitioner ready to manage the wide variety of circumstances which come with working on your own.
