We're on the lookout for a skilled and interRAI-trained Nurse who's looking for an opportunity to step into a leadership role in the future within our care team at Bupa Glenburn, New Lynn. If you thrive in a supportive, resident-focused environment and enjoy coaching others, we'd love to hear from you.

This role offers an average of 32 hours per week, worked across a 6 or 8-week rotating roster. You'll need to be flexible and available to work all shifts, including weekends, as part of your regular schedule.

* Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
* Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
* Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Your Person-First Approach:

You'll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

* Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
* Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
* Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
* A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents' lives.
* Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
