We may have the role for you! The Nurse Maude Hospice provides specialised care and support for patients who have a life-limiting illness using a multidisciplinary approach. Care is centred on the needs of patients and their families/whanau and embraces the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual elements of wellbeing - tinana, whanau, hinengaro and wairua - and aims to enhance quality of life. We have 2 permanent part time positions available for a RN with at least 2 years post registration experience to work within the team at Nurse Maude Hospice inpatient unit. The Hospice has 11 beds and cares for patients of all ages with a wide range of illness and disease, providing complex symptom management and end of life care. He momo/About you Ideal applicants will have a willingness to learn and contribute to the hospice service and have a genuine interest in palliative care whilst being dedicated to working with patients and families with palliative needs.
