As this role is new to our DHB, it's a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own!You'll join the wider People Service and focus on addressing the risks associated withtransport of patients and other projects as outlined in the position profile. This is an amazing opportunity to take on a project of sorts and get extensive education around health and safety and while being solutions focussed on things like monitoring. You'll have a real ability to effect change as your direct impact will influence health and safety policies and procedures of this DHB and in turn, the kind of quality care we can offer the Hawke’s Bay community. You'll have excellent communication skills and a high aptitude for learning on the fly. The environment is complex and changes quickly, you’ll need to be able to show success in delivering in such conditions. You’ll be someone who is able to think outside the box and is confident making decisions using a mix of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement. A pragmatic approach to the needs of our DHB will ensure this roles success.This is a perfect role for a Registered Nurse with 12 months clinical experience - it is not a senior position.
