Ward 23 is one of four Assessment Treatment & Rehabilitation wards at Middlemore Hospital, providing patient focused care in Rehabilitation and Health of Older People. In addition, Ward 23 's model of care has a real focus in adult rehabilitation and patient focused care.
We are offering an opportunity for experienced rehabilitation nurses to be part of the ward's multidisciplinary team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic registered nurse with competent clinical skills in both rehabilitation and/or gerontology who will deliver quality best practice nursing care. We want a leader in rehabilitation nursing who is flexible, adaptable and enjoys working as team member in a multidisciplinary team. This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to consolidate those skills.

Essential:
New Zealand Registered Nurse
Current practising certificate
Minimum 2 years experience in Health of Older People and/ or Rehabilitation nursing
Experience in working in a multidisciplinary team
