Central Hawke's Bay Health Centre
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join us on a casual basis at the Central Hawkes Bay Health Centre.
You will ideally have experience in medical/surgical nursing and the management of complex wounds, indwelling catheters, IV administration of blood and blood products and palliative care. However, we can offer training and support the development of your skills in these areas.
Casual nursing is nursing "when and as required" to cover both urgent and planned leave for full and part-time staff. You will need to be available at short notice, hold an Annual Practising Certificate and be competent to Level 2.
Central Hawkes Bay boasts a great environment having beaches, rivers, mountains and a caring community. It is approximately 45mins drive to Waipukurau from Hastings. Being a rural site we encourage our casual nurses to work in both the inpatient ward and the community setting covering for ward RNs and our District Nurses.Check out our to get a better feel for working at the Hawke’s Bay DHB.
