We are seeking a passionate RN to provide first class care services to our residents at Merivale Retirement Village in Christchurch. This role is a permanent, full-time, AM shift position, working Friday to Tuesday 0645-1515 = 40hrs week .We offer top hourly rates and allowances, plus a retention bonus and great staff benefits such as paid 'wellness' days and your birthday off, as well as an amazing team to work in! As an Accredited employer we can provide visa support if required.Some of the great things you will be doing:Clinical assessment, planning and implementation of nursing careEffective communication and clinical problem-solving skillsWork collaboratively with other team membersDevelop and review care plans in consultation with our residents and their familiesProvide compassionate and high-level careAbout youYou pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service to our residents and have empathy for the older person.
