Take advantage of this unique opportunity and live and work in your local community!We have a part time (0.6FTE) opportunity!Papakura Birthing Unit is looking for professional, energetic and fun registered midwives to join their dynamic team. Working in a picturesque rural setting, you will look after our women from the community. We do approximately 500 births a year and another 600 return to the postnatal unit for inpatient care after birth. We are a supportive, dynamic team with great clients to look after! We are BFHI accredited and pride ourselves in supporting women who choose to breastfeed with a high exclusive breastfeeding rate on discharge.We are looking for midwives with demonstrated outstanding communication skills and great initiative. Current Practicing Certificate
3 - 5 years post registration relevant work experience
DesiredRelevant Tertiary Qualification
Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
