Psychiatric Assessment Team
1.0 FTE Permanent Full-time rostered position available
Gisborne is situated on the beautiful East Coast of the North Island. We are a unique community with a strong connection to tangata whenua. In this role you will be able to impact on the health and wellbeing not only of individuals, but whanau and our community.
Due to expansion of the Psychiatric Assessment Team, there is a vacancy for a registered health professional. This team is innovative, well supported and provides a mental health crisis response to the Tairawhiti region.
Applicants are welcome from Registered Nurses, Social Workers and Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within mental health services and a current NZ practicing certificate.
The role involves working on a 24/7 rotating roster of day and night shifts with overnight on-call.
