This position is 40 hours per week with a level of flexibilitywhich will be required to meet the needs of tangata whai ora.You | Mou:New Zealand Registered Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Social Worker or DAPAANZ-registeredSound clinical judgmentComprehensive leadership skills and ability to stay calm under pressureHave a passion for mentoring othersStrong communication skills both written and verbalA clean full NZ drivers licenceNZ resident or a valid NZ work visaAbility to build rapport and empathise with people from diverse backgroundsHave a sound knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and be able to demonstrate bicultural concepts in practice, or willingness to learnIf you speak Te Reo Maori it is bonus!An interest in Maori and Pasifika people's customs and cultural normsApply now if you have a genuine passion for helping others and want to be part of a supportive and engaging team.
