Our client is a well-established and successful electrical company in the Manawatu area and beyond. They are seeking a Registered Electrician to join their servicing and maintenance department. This is your opportunity to work with a respected and reliable team with high-profile customers.
Role description:

This is a full time position and involves a wide variety of work for customers in the Manawatu area including bars, restaurants, residential and commercial buildings, undertaking general maintenance, installations and breakdowns. Full training will be provided where needed.
Responsibilities will include:

Repair / troubleshoot electrical equipment
Maintain existing electrical systems and equipment
Adhere to safe work habits and takes proper care of equipment and tools
Solve electrical problems efficiently and effectively
Read technical diagrams and drawings
Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.
This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

Full New Zealand electrical registration and practicing licence
Full current drivers licence
Have a dedication to quality workmanship
Strong communication skills
Ability to self manage, self motivate and be self sufficient
