Working with the Director - Architecture (Education) you willWork on exciting projects with design leaders
Have a blank canvas on which to fully extend your design capabilities
Expand your capabilities in the institutional and commercial market
Demonstrate and actively promote design and awareness within the Property and Buildings team, working directly with engineers and technicians
What you will bring to the teamArchitectural experience, preferably from a consulting background, Registered Architect
Your ability to “see beyond” the client brief to create and contribute to leading edge designs
Experience with the Building industry and the NZ building code, and a dedication to the principles of sustainable design and innovation
Your understanding of the local area and your networks within the region
Fluency in design technology, in particular Revit as well as being able to produce freehand sketches
A talent for creating and maintaining relationships with our internal and external clients, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
