This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it…Te whiwhinga mahi| The OpportunityThe Regional Protective Services Manager role (RPSM) is a tactical-level position that bridges the gap between the national strategic level and the operational local and district level to ensure the safety and security of the organisation's people, assets, and information. The RPSM works closely with the national Protective Services team on the development and delivery of healthcare security and violence at work programmes and support, tailored to regional, district and local requirements, to meet the organisation's strategic objectives, and with senior regional leadership, District Security Managers, and other stakeholders to:build robust relationshipsadvise on matters relating to protective services, healthcare security and violence at work; andto identify and mitigate security risks.Substantial experience (in the range of 10 years) in an operational or senior healthcare security role, with a focus on enterprise security risk management (ESRM) and/or delivering exceptional healthcare security services.Experience in developing and implementing security programmes and support tailored to regional, district, and local requirements.Experience in working closely with senior leadership teams and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks.Experience in incident and emergency response and/or management.Draws on extensive service experience in varied healthcare security environments.A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
