This will be achieved with a focus on safety, customer service, financial and data analysis, planning and effective and efficient site operations.About the Role:Reporting to the New Zealand Regional Vice President, The Regional Operations Director is accountable for the profitability, safety and leadership of the Lineage Operations across the South Island (four regions; Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru and Dunedin).We are looking for an experienced Senior leader who can motivate and engage employees, drive financial results and exceed budgets, identify new business with existing and new clients, and have the ability to work in a faced-pace environment.Responsibilities will include:Promoting and standing by the company's Health and Safety processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environmentProviding strong and positive leadership to your team, identifying and developing talentCommunicate and foster the development of a common vision.
