That's exactly what we strive to do, every day, at Ryman.About the RoleWe are in a record expansion phase at Ryman and with that comes a great opportunity for a Regional Lead Chef in this exciting, newly developed position.You will be responsible for assisting in the design, development and testing of nutritious and flavorsome recipes for our Delicious menu whilst continuously enhancing the food service and dining experience of our residents. You will assist in the recruitment, orientation and ongoing training and development of our Chefs and kitchen teams. Oversight of food safety and compliance and driving the performance of our Chefs and kitchen teams to ensure they strive for continuous improvement will be key in this role. You will ensure delivery of a food and beverage service that 'delights' our residents.This role is supported by an experienced management team and gives you the scope to further develop with our Ryman Leaders programme.About YouWith extensive Head Chef experience and proven leadership skills, you'll build meaningful relationships quickly by being positive and approachable. You'll have a great eye for detail, focusing on continuously improving the nutrition and dining experience we offer our residents.
