Regional Continuous Improvement Manager

A newRegional Continuous Manageropportunity for a great food packaging is open. They are looking for the right senior level OpEx Leader to come in and, acting as a key change agent, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites. Looking for a passionate leader with a proven history of delivering results via continuous improvement efforts and bringing certified training to the table (LSSGB/BB, CQE, etc). Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma with a demonstrated history of driving and supporting plant transformations is critical.
Due to the nature of the role, you have flexibility to work from home or any of their US plant locations! Travel is expected. With a strong compensation package with room to advance and grow (multi-site organization, respected, industry leader), this is absolutely worth exploring!
Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably technical in nature (engineering)
Must bring proven history of leading/supporting multiple sites
Hard results in both executing LSS/CI initiatives and deliverables in operation metrics must be demonstrated over your career
Strong communication ability, with emphasis on being relatable, engaging, and motivating
Any transformation experience and successes would be great!
