About the Role:
Reporting to the National Head of Client Solutions, whilst being supported by a large resourcing and delivery team, this position involves developing new and maintaining existing client relationships within your very own Development team. This is a high-networking, relationship building role with a high level of business development.
With short/medium term sales cycles, this role would suit a strategic hunter who is comfortable executing day to day business development activities.
Skills and Experience Required:
Demonstrated success in business development
Experience working in technology and/or recruitment
Strong sales process and strategic skills
Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate across various levels
Superior stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills
