The Recruitment Team at the Hawke's Bay DHB is growing! We're only a small team but we work hard to provide a superior service to our internal clients and job applicants, and now we're excited to be able to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant into our team.
Our roles are fast paced and ever changing but we're a supportive, dedicated team who do whatever we can to help each other provide the best service possible. If you're successful in your application, you'll work closely with our other Recruitment Consultants and Advisors, supporting the delivery of our recruitment service throughout the DHB.
We want someone who will grow with us! We encourage and support people who are innovative, eager to learn and enhance their skills, and are passionate about caring for our community.
In this role you'll have loads of exposure to staff right across the DHB as well as outside it as you form part of our employer brand. It's imperative you like people! You'll be dealing in the business of people every day so communication, patience and empathy should be high in your list of attributes.
This position would suit someone with in house or agency recruitment experience. You'll need to be IT savvy and have a natural ability to multitask while remaining cool, calm and collected! If you've had experience with collective agreements it'll really help in this role.
