We need a passionate Recruiter to come and join the team to help find the talent we need.
We work as business partners, supporting the end to end recruitment of a wide range of roles from Sales to Operations and everything in between. We have a strong focus on direct recruitment as well as working alongside our external recruitment partners, to ensure we attract and select top talent. Continuous networking and relationship management, both internally and externally, is crucial to ensure success in this role.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who has the capability to manage a number of roles at any one time - we are a busy team! You will need to be a great communicator both written and verbal, and have the natural ability to build rapport quickly to engage with candidates and managers at all levels.
These are some skills we are looking for:
A track record in successful recruitment, either from an internal or agency background, across all levels (we are open to level of experience) Experience and innovative ideas when it comes to using digital and social media to engage with candidates and build our brand Fantastic interpersonal skills - we engage directly with our hiring managers and candidates Ability to work as a business partner A genuine approach to ensuring great candidate care
