This role is of fixed term nature ending in November due to internal secondment, however there is a possibility that this will extend.What will you do:As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will manage your own portfolio, partnering with leaders across diverse groups utilising your flexible approach and openness to new ideas and solutions to drive great business outcomes. You will empower your hiring managers by helping them understand the recruitment lifecycle, supporting them through the process and ensuring the decisions they make are the best ones that align with our policies.We get involved in taking job briefs, advert writing, running assessment centres, arranging and conducting interviews and the delivery of training courses as well as providing advice across all areas of HR.
