This is a six-month fixed-term position covering a period of maternity leave.With overall accountability for the delivery of recruitment outcomes, you’ll front-face our recruitment solution with Vodafone. You’re not going it alone; while this role has a significant end-to-end component, you’ll also collaborate with your sourcing specialist colleagues to identify and screen top talent before presenting these candidates to the business. Our recruitment coordinators will support by communicating with candidates for interviews and checks, freeing you up to build strong relationships with the business and add value through projects and other initiatives.About YouShowcasing your professional influencing skills, you’ll collaborate with your peers to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience. Having previously recruited user experience and digital transformation roles within large, complex corporate businesses, your previous recruitment or HR experience will help you quickly understand a business of this scale and add value from day one.
