About Found People:Found People is a growing Recruitment Agency whose recruitment 'Foundies' go above & beyond for our clients and candidates, we do extraordinary recruitment to achieve successful results.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer who wants a long-term career.We're offering an amazing work / life balance for a self-motivated and highly driven Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer.About the roleResponsibilities include source & selection, talent pooling, resourcing for multiple job assignments, screening & interviewing and producing shortlists of suitable candidates very quickly for account managers.The ideal person for this role would be able to work autonomously, be highly self-motivated and have a good background in successful source & selection.Full training will be provided, weekly catch-ups and regular training updates.Requirements for this role 5+ years recruitment experience (remote international recruitment agency experience essential).
Above average computer skills (Apple Mac an advantage).
Advanced Recruitment CRM / ATS skills.
Advanced skills using LinkedIn.
Advanced skills writing Boolean search strings essential.
