Selwyn Oaks is located in Papakura; opened at the start of 2018, Selwyn Oaks operates under our new "household" model where each household functions just like home - with its own living room, open plan kitchen and large balcony for relaxing.
This is a permanent weekend Receptionist role working Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 3pm (12 hours per week).
As a Receptionist, you will provide both 'front of house' and administrative support to our new Care facility, helping to ensure the smooth running of the Village whilst portraying a friendly, welcoming, approachable attitude to all visitors. You will be supportive in a manner which reflects our organisational values and contributes to the delivery of service excellence.
Responsibilities will include the following:
To be considered for the role, you will have a great phone manner, high level of attention to detail, be familiar with MS Office applications and have good time management skills. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
