Receptionist Office Assistant Great team environment Challenging and varied role Work with market leading commercial risk management broking firm Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client s successful team Frank is a market leading commercial risk management broking firm based in Hamilton Their name reflects the way they operate frank upfront and totally transparent Quite different to a traditional broker In both 2016 and 2017 they were awarded NZ Small Medium Broker of the Year at the annual ANZIIF awards On a day to day basis you will be responsible for greeting clients at reception answering phones and managing all aspects of the office administration and clerical duties ordering office supplies sending insurer bordereau settlements through to underwriters and preparation of client policy registers In addition you will provide support to Broking Assistants review work in progress and identify areas of support accounts payable loading invoices into Xero and all other areas of support administration and reception as necessary To be successful in this you will have Previous experience working as an office administrator receptionist Experience with Xero Global preferable A tertiary qualification in commerce financial services insurance or NZQA preferable Proficient Microsoft office suite skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a collaborative style of engagement and experience dealing with internal and external clients and colleagues Highly efficient written and verbal communication Strong numerical and accurate data entry skills We are seeking an enthusiastic hardworking and dedicated assistant who thrives in a busy environment Your sense of humour will see you smiling and having fun while also being cool calm and collected If you re a person that likes to work at pace and juggle a variety of tasks and are looking to grow your career in the insurance field then this may be the job for you Full training and mentoring will be provided Please note Ministry of Justice criminal history and credit checks will be part of the preemployment process If applying through Seek you will receive an email from QJumpers with a link to complete your application We will not receive your application if this link is not followed and the application completed www hrconnect co nz
