We are currently seeking receptionist/administrator to support a client of ours based in Penrose, Auckland. This is a temporary position for the next 2-3 months starting ASAP.
This role is full of variety, and would suit someone who is organised, with attention to detail and strong administration skills. We are looking for an individual with lots of flexibility and lots of energy.
Greeting customers at reception
Handling large volumes of incoming calls
Basic accounting procedures - account reconciliations with service invoicing
Other admin tasks to support the team as required

Positive, extremely reliable all-rounder
Works autonomously under their own initiative and is very well organised
Strong integrity who values confidentiality
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Intermediate MS office skills
