As the Front of House Assistant and being the face of the company your mission will be to provide exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.A typical day in this role will be extremely varied. You?ll be carrying out administrative tasks such as assisting with building maintenance, providing access to our offices, facilitating meeting room movements/training material, processing mail and courier packages, notifying and liaising with contractors on building maintenance issues. You will help arrange and assist with in-house catering, and other ad-hoc duties all whilst answering busy phones.What we are looking for:Front of House and Reception experience within a corporate environment
Great customer service skills with confidence in dealing with customers in an effective, friendly and professional manner whilst at reception
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to ensure that multiple activities are completed in an efficient manner to a high standard
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Proactiveness and the ability to quickly adapt
Experience carrying out facilities support services within a fast paced office environment
Experience within a team-based environment working with a diverse range of backgrounds
Attention to detail , accuracy and organisational skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with staff and service providers
