Reception | Newmarket And Three Kings | Part Time

Part time reception position available at a gym in Newmarket and/or Three Kings. We are looking for someone bright, bubbly and outgoing!
We'll only put you on shifts you can commit to around uni but they are are subject to change each week. They could include early morning shifts 5.30am to 10am, evening shifts 2pm to 8pm or 5.30pm/6.30pm to 10pm and weekend shifts 7am-1pm/1pm-7pm. Job details: Answering phones Signing up new members Answering any member inquiries Cleaning of equipment and gym Working closely with the Club Manager to insure the club runs smoothly.
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, and you should have an understanding of what makes great customer service, alongside excellent communication skills both verbal; over the phone and in person, and written; over email and in forms etc. Apply now!
