Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or a Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
Clearance Requirements: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at hire.
Applicants must undergo a U.S. Government security investigation and meet eligibility for access to classified information.
U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work.
ResponsibilitiesGeneral Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) in Marion, VA designs, develops, manufactures, and supports advanced composite radomes and aerostructures for military, commercial, and business aviation applications.The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, develop strategic plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure program success.
Responsibilities include managing multiple programs from proposal to delivery, developing integrated plans, monitoring performance, managing risks, and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
Experience managing complex programs from proposal to delivery, ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations.
Strong leadership and team management skills in a matrix organization.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of product development, manufacturing, finance, contracts, and subcontracts.
Ability to develop and execute strategic program plans and maintain customer relationships.
Salary RangeUSD $145,019.00 - USD $156,915.00 per year.
