Te Turanga | About the Role:

The Rapid Application Development (RAD) Specialist role will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and extending the businesses iLeader, M365 and other low-code solutions and related components.

The role requires a person with a strong customer centric focus, great communication skills, a passion for providing awesome support and delivering great business outcomes through continuous systems improvement.

While the role is not full stack development, the RAD Specialist will be capable of performing low-code development and configuration using application interfaces, SQL, and/or other low-code tools to build and maintain forms, workflows, batch jobs, reports, etc.

This is a fixed-term position through until 30 August 2026 and would suit someone with 1-2 years' experience in an IT role who is looking to step into a Developers position.




Key responsibilities:

* Application development and/or configuration tasks using low-code tools such as iLeader, SharePoint and Power Platforms, and application interfaces as well as SQL
* Build and maintain workflows, forms and reports as necessary
* Undertake systems/issue analysis and resolution, including liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Provide training, advice, and assistance to end users
* Business analysis and solution design




Key skills:

* A diploma or degree in an IT related area would be an advantage
* Experience with iLeader, SharePoint, Power Platforms systems would be an advantage
* Experience with forms, workflow solutions, content management solutions
* Experience performing systems analysis, design, specification, testing and training
* Familiarity with Microsoft SQL database and queries
