Are you passionate about making a difference for New Zealand's freshwater ecosystems and biodiversity?
We are looking for a Ranger, River Restoration to lead a range of Central Otago District freshwater work.

He angitutanga: About the Role
In this role you would be identifying key players across multiple river catchments and working with them to develop a vision for restored catchments. This would include leading the creation of measurable objectives and driving the implementation of actions to achieve those objectives.
This role is about connecting and working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders, including other agencies and technical advisors. You will need to be a skilled project manager with a work style that maintains momentum on projects to see deliverables achieved.

Our ideal applicant has freshwater ecology and conservation project management experience; as well as proven relationship management experience in working across agencies, with iwi/hapu/whanau and with community groups.
