With an expanding portfolio and exciting opportunities ahead, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to join their team and help take the business to the next level.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.Manage client relationships and communicate project updates effectively.Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience as a QS/PM in the residential sector.Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and cost management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.If you are looking to grow in a forward-thinking business and contribute to the successful delivery of high-end residential projects, we want to hear from you.
