Quantity Surveyor Grada Recruitment have partnered up with an industry leading Commercial Contractor that is currently working on a varied portfolio of Education Industrial Commercial build and fitout projects across the North and South Island They seek a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years industry experience working on a range of fast paced Commercial builds to help drive their Auckland based projects forward Duties Day to day management of project financials Assisting with tender proposals Building healthy relationships with Clients Sub Contractors Suppliers etc Producing financial reports and projections Management of project profit margins and general cashflow ensuring positive financial performance The Candidate Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification Relationship focused with the ability to work under pressure Good problemsolving ability with positive resilient attitude A minimum of 5 years NZ experience in Commercial Construction This is an opportunity to gain further career experience with a stable contractor that work on a wide variety of Commercial projects and place real value in staff development and wellbeing To be considered for this role or any other relevant roles in Auckland please apply above with an up to date cv Johnny ORourke0212081178
