Our Client:

Our client has been in the industry for over 10 years and they work on architecturally intriguing builds. As a master builder, they are respected by their clients and industry peers and they offer a work environment that is non stressful to ensure a positive work culture.
Our client are looking for at least 1 year New Zealand construction experience across either residential or commercial and ideally someone who has local contacts with the council and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Estimating and procurement
Ensuring profitable outcomes of builds
Liaising with project and management team
