Job description

Our client is a locally owned franchise, friendly, tight knit team who specialise in house and land packages. Reporting to the QS Team Leader you will be a critical part of this fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Checking of all architectural and structural drawings
Experienced in estimating materials, time and labour costs
Management of supplier and contractor agreements
Price and prepare variations
Preparation of PO (purchase order) numbers
Liaising with designers, Project Managers and Clients
Attention to detail and good people management

Job requirements

If you have experience within the NZ residential construction sector as a QS, have a tertiary qualification and knowledge of the NZ building codes. Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
