The Role
Fantastic role to join a modern, vibrant business with excellent resources and a fantastic team. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your clinical and quality management skills. You will report directly to the State Manager and you will have previously managed an aged care facility or are looking for your first quality manager role. You'll be able to maintain high standards to be the leading aged care provider in the region.
Working across a group of homes in Western Australia and based in Perth you will assist in maintaining the highest levels of quality care.
You Will
Be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of clinical care management, improve clinical & performance targets.
Aged care experience would be a great asset for this role
Tertiary qualifications in Health, Aged care and clinical management
Experience in Aged Care accreditation and the clinical standards, dementia and challenging behaviours
Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
