Quality Control Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join the team.
If you have a technical background and are keen to step into a supervisory role, read on:Skills and Experience Required:Co-ordinate all aspects of testing required between plant testing, on-site customer testing, or testing at our IANZ certified laboratory.Schedule technicians for tasks such as site testing and laboratory testing to meet our customer requirements.Ensure Quality Control training is provided to Plant Supervisors, Batchers, and Testers.Work alongside the Technical Manager.Generate customer test reports.Maintain and adhere to company & Concrete NZ audit requirements.Build a great relationship with our customers, providing them with any specifications required in a timely manner.Confidentiality with our customers is essential.Evaluate risk decisions and act quickly to prevent anything going wrong.Computer skills required - Email, Basic Excel, Word.Concrete testing experience is preferred, with good knowledge of NZS3104, but not essential.This role will involve dealing with all parts of the concrete industry and a level of research and development in the concrete engineering field.If you have experience and want to work for a dynamic company with a great culture, this is the job for you.Higgins Concrete is committed to a drug-free workplace.
