Quality Control Officer

About the business Pauling Industries is leading the field in formulating manufacturing and packing natural and certified organic skincare products for prestigious brands both in New Zealand and overseas As the leader in our field we are constantly innovating and creating new products for customers in the local and global markets About the role Doing Quality checks in all packing rooms when jobs are running according to packing job sheets and customer specifications Make sure all staff is adhering to general rules of PPE and GMP Aim to meet customer deadlines by ensuring all products ingredients and packaging materials are correct and are in good condition for production Manage and conduct any other quality related jobs requested by management on timely manner Manage all quality control activities in accordance with identified quality assurance standard company procedures client specifications and contract requirements Skills and experience At least 3 years of experience in skincare food or pharmaceutical manufacturing in the quality department is desirable Tertiary education in Science or Food is preferable but not essential Excellent English skills both oral and written Problem solving skills with effective outcomes and strong attention to detail Knowledge of production lines and understanding quality aspects of those lines preferred Working unanimously in team environment to achieve overall company goals is essential part of your character A positive hardworking Can do attitude
