This is a temporary opportunity for the best in administration! My client is a leader in healthcare services, based in Central Auckland. This role will be for the next 6-8 months, part time (spread over 4-5 week days), 20 hours per week. This role is starting ASAP, if this sounds like you, keep reading.
As a Quality Co-Ordinator, some of your key areas of responsibility will include:
Administrative support and co-ordination
Communication with patients
Customer Service
Minutes
Arrange meetings
Follow up from surveys

To be successful in this role:
Previous administration experience is a must, as is solid MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
Must be IT savvy, with confidence to speak to patients and managers
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong work ethic, and reliable
Effective communication written and verbal
