Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex.We give you a world of potentialComputershare are currently looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Global Development team within Computershare Technology Services.Computershare Technology Services (CTS) is the division within Computershare responsible for procurement and ongoing maintenance & support of all IT systems that underpin and support all business lines within Computershare.This position sits within a cross-regional project/software delivery team supporting the team by coordinating and executing high-quality software testing.A role you will loveIf you are someone who cares about quality and gets a kick out of digging into how things work (or break) you'll thrive here.
We're looking for someone who brings curiosity to their work and demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for what they do.You'll be part of a supportive cross-functional, collaborative team where your curiosity, eye for detail, and problem-solving skills will be valued daily.You'll Love This Role IfYou enjoy spotting what others might missYou get satisfaction from making sure things just work.You like being the quality advocate in the roomThis isn't just about testing – it's about improving how we build, making things better, and knowing your input makes a difference.Some key responsibilities:Designing, developing, and documenting comprehensive testing plans, test cases and test dataConduct hands on manual software test execution and work towards completion of testing within the agreed timelinesManage defects including logging new defects, proactively working with others to resolve the defects and updating defect status for accurate progress reportingDeliver testing efforts within forecasted estimates and communicate any risks earlyDefine and follow test processesCommunicate effectively with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to: share knowledge and ideas; provide updates; influence; challenge; and take on feedbackEnsure client satisfaction through quality testingWhat will you bring to the role?You will have a clear passion for quality, a willingness to learn and the curiosity to ask the right questionsSoftware Testing experience of analysing designs & specifications, defining test cases, identifying test data requirements, investigating issues, reporting risks, logging bugs and reporting on test progressA curious, observant and intuitive explorer who is capable of setup, exercise and checking test scenarios against the system-under-test.A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Collaborates and communicates well, builds great working relationships, influences others, challenges effectively and responds well to challenges from others, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skillsRelevant industry knowledge/experienceIdeal candidate would have demonstrated RML knowledge – training will be providedSome other key experience you'll have:ISTQB Foundation Certified TesterTertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.Additional Quality Assurance / Quality Engineering qualifications.Any form of software testing working experienceAbility to analyse software requirements and design specificationsKnowledge of Registry business processes, business rules and marketDemonstrated RML (internal to Computershare) knowledgeAbility to successfully resolve issues and get results with minimal supervisionRewards designed for youFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.Health and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.Invest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you'll receive a company contribution as well.Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future.And more.
