Our older tamariki (over 2) thrive on our inclusion of loose parts. whilst our nurturing under 2s area follows a primary caregiver approach and takes inspiration from the RIE philosophy.
We are proud of the environment we have created for our tamariki and have watched some amazing bonds develop between them and their teachers.
Our ideal teacher's strength will lie in self-review, learning journeys, group and individual planning. Familiarity with either the RIE philosophy or loose parts theory will be advantageous to your application.
