Qualified Teacher

BestStart Katikati is a small centre with a licence of 40 children aged between 3 months - 5 years. We are situated on Park Road and have a lovely centre which has an attractive and spacious indoor and outdoor environment. At BestStart Katikati, we values relationships with their community, teachers and whanau.

We have a mix of cultures attending our centre and we embrace everyone as unique individuals.

We are looking for a quick thinking, energetic, passionate and warm hearted person who will fit within our team. Working in the over two's space you must be passionate about children learning through play, flexible, be able to work well in a small team and have a good sense of humour.

Of course, you must be fully certified and registered and hold a current first aid certificate. This is a fixed term position; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 32 hours per week. It will commence as soon as possible and end December 18th 2020. You will be required to do some opens and closes of the centre between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
