Qualified Part-Time Teacher - Herne Bay

We have an opportunity for a qualified teacher to join our Herne Bay planning cover team for 20 hours per week. At 20 hours, you can maintain your required hours for Teacher Registration, and therefore be involved in our Mentor Programme. You will move through the centre in 3 hour blocks, spending time with each age group in turn. This dedicated team allows our children to receive continuity of care, while their primary care teams have their collaborative planning sessions off the floor.
The hours required are Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9.00am – 4.30pm, plus one afternoon in our Kiwi room with our 4-5 year olds.
We have teacher:child ratios of 1:3 for infants, 1:4 for toddlers and 1:7 for preschool. Within our richly resourced environments, we are able to support children's learning in many different ways.
