Qualified DrainlayersOur client is based in Christchurch with work ongoing throughout the South Island. We are currently seeking Drainlayers with extensive experience and competency. To be successful for this role: A minimum of 2-5 years of New Zealand experience in civil and residential and stormwater systems Certified Drainlayer Ticket W, T, and R endorsements a bonus A Clean Full Class 1 or 2 NZ Driver's License Must have their own reliable transport. Needs to pass all pre-employment checks. Physically fit and strong Good communication Reliable and honest Enjoy outdoor work and getting your hands dirty. Compliant with strict Health and Safety requirements Strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of an extensive team. Responsibilities for the role: Be able to read plans with the ability to deliver the project on time. Excavating trenches, laying pipes, and connecting fittings according to projects Operating heavy equipment and machinery (excavators/rollers/loaders/tractors/trucks) Collaborating with project managers and construction teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
