We are looking for aqualified Chef to join our young , dynamic team in a busy kitchen work includes (but not limited to):Food preparationHandling deep fryer hot stationspreparing salads, pizzas, soupsWe offer:Full time job, 40 hours plus ,split shifts, 2-3 days off.We are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, serving Restaurant and Bar. Approximately 300 meals + a day in peak seasonSpend some time on Stewart Island.( 3rd larges Island of New Zealand) Population of 400 people. Passenger ferry leaves Bluff daily or via plane from Invercargill .The Hotel is situated on the waterfront and is just a short walk to many beaches, the Rakiura National Park (including a NZ Great Walk), and various other activities.
