We are seeking an experienced and motivated NZ Qualified Carpenter to join our dynamic team, working with reputable clients around the Bay of Plenty. You will be responsible for various building tasks from project inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities: Execute commercial and residential building projects from start to finish. Perform a range of construction activities including site preparation, framing, roofing and finishing Adhere to building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Interpret and implement architectural plans and blueprints. Coordinate with other construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports. Qualifications and Requirements: Valid NZ Building qualification and relevant certifications. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the building and construction industry. Proven track record of successfully completed projects. Strong knowledge of NZ building codes, standards, and health and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
