We are after an experienced Quality Safety Environment / Health & Safety Coordinator that will be responsible for assisting with the management of our systems and processes.Duties:In this role you will be assisting with the management, implementation and continuous improvement of OH&S, Quality, Environmental and other corporate systems to ensure compliance. Your day to day activity will include:Ensure that all contractors engaged have been reviewed and are compliant with OHS requirements
Identifying, assessing and managing commercial risks
At start-up phase review risks with a view to addressing commercial issues resulting in maximum entitlements with minimum risks
Undertake surveillance of contracts and supplies as defined in the procurement plan
Develop, maintain and adhere to a procurement schedule
Assist in monthly reporting to client and company
Assist in preparation of project budget and advise on expected financial position on all elements of work
Prepare expected cash flow analysis for project
Complete monthly progress claim to client
Managing the budget by overseeing expenditure, conducting regular reviews against plan and budget
Ensure all contractors and suppliers are appointed in line with the procurement schedule
